Announcement Day!

I am thoroughly thrilled to share something I have been working hard on for a good while now: Glimmers.

Glimmers are in-person healing sessions that will be hosted at Persimmon Herb School (my herbal alma mater 🌿), where survivors can gather together to learn about how plants can be incorporated into our daily lives as we continue our healing journey. Healing isn’t linear and requires flexibility and endurance, which is so core to plants. Together we will look at plants to uncover how they support our nervous systems.

The program is made up of 4 in-person bi-weekly gatherings, with that time between to allow for developing your relationship with each plant. The gatherings are 1.5 hours longing small, closed groups where:

-We’ll share individual needs and realities

-Discuss the body and mind connection (including what abuse and trauma does/did to survivors and why and how plants work with individuals)

-Look closely at one plant/group per week

-Hold a tea ritual/guided meditation

There are only 10 spots as keeping this a small and safe space is key. Register for your place here.

Starting Saturday, March 22 at 10 a.m.

You can tell from my blogs and posts that plants have given me peace and grounded me when I felt completely undone. It is my dearest hope, you get to experience that, too.

See you soon,

Erina ✨
